「 Virtual Osaka Project 」マップが「ベストマイマップ最優秀賞」に選ばれました--Google マイマップ EXPO --

3 月 28 日( 金 ) 18:30 より、Google マイマップ EXPO の授賞式を、Google オフィスにて開催いたしました。

2007 年 12 月 21 日～ 2008 年 2 月 29 日までの期間中に、1200 点を超える作品の応募があり、いずれも力作揃いで審査は難航致しましたが、厳正な審査の結果、10 作品が「ベストマイマップ優秀賞」に選ばれました。
その中から SeaGate さんによる「 Virtual Osaka Project 」マップが「ベストマイマップ最優秀賞」に選ばれました。
ベストマイマップ最優秀賞に決定した「 Virtual Osaka Project 」マップは、大阪府梅田を中心に、実在の建築物を 3D モデル化をしてマッピングしたもので、マイマップと Google Earth を連携させるなど、技術的にユニークである点が高い評価を受けました。
